Red Dot Design Award 2023

The foxx chair was designed as a comfortable product solution for flexible seating in domestic environments. Owing to its X-shaped aluminium support struts, the chair can be easily folded up and stowed away to save space. “Clean lines underscore the high functionality of this piece of furniture,” said the jury. The jury members were also impressed with the chair’s materiality: the combination of a solid wood frame with a genuine-leather seat gives the chair a strong visual presence. The individual parts are easy to remove to ensure that broken components can be replaced when necessary.
